      		I am a graduate of English Studies at the University of Łódź, Poland. I have been an academic teacher since 1997 and have been actively involved in European education-related projects. I hold a postgraduate degree in Leadership for Education and have completed programs in Andragogy, Didactics, Coaching, and Tutoring. I value modern technology in teaching and learning, focusing on motivation and students' individual needs. In my free time, I dance salsa and enjoy taking photos.
